Construction consultancy, MM Management has been selected by national developer, Cityheart Ltd as project manager and quantity surveyor for a major £130 million regeneration project in Northampton.
The project, in partnership with West Northamptonshire council (WNC) was procured via the Pagabo National Developer led Mixed Use Framework and will deliver a transformational and ambitious scheme for the town centre.
Situated at the entrance of the town from Northampton’s railway station, the scheme is one of the largest brownfield developments in the county with two sites totalling five acres. Work is anticipated to start in 2025.
