Cityheart Living recently officially opened, Blackfriars Residence Phase 2. The team welcomed MP for Gloucester, Richard Graham & Mayor of Gloucester, Councillor Kathy Williams for the cutting of the ribbon and official opening ceremony.
We are delighted to have worked with the team on this fantastic project, which has delivered 190 rooms for Hartpury University.
MM Management Services represented Cityheart as employer’s agent, initially under a design and build contract with Midas Construction. Following the demise of Midas Construction, Cityheart had to quickly move to a Construction Management contract, appointing Vitruvius, a move that allowed the rooms to be complete in time for the student intake.
