Meet Our Management Team
Michael Beverley
Managing Director
With Mark McNamee, Michael set up the business in 2019. Michael’s background is as a Chartered Building Surveyor before moving into Project Monitoring and Project Management.
In his time in private practice he has covered most sectors from retail, residential, commercial and offices. More recently he has developed several purpose built student accommodation schemes across the UK.
Chris Hextall
Executive Director
Chris joined the business as a shareholder in 2020 to head up the cost consultancy, having known and worked with both Mark and Michael for over 10 years.
Chris’ background is in quantity surveying and has 25 years’ experience, the past 10 years as a Director at a private practice. He brings with him a wealth of experience in residential, commercial offices, retail and industrial sectors including some extremely high profile and prestigious projects.
John McGuinness
Director
John joined the business as a Director in 2021. Like, Chris, John had known and worked with Michael and Mark for nearly 10 years previously.
From his 15 years in private practice, John has worked on both commercial and residential schemes, the largest being as Employers Agent on a residential scheme in London. John’s experience includes a secondment into the Facilities Management team of a public sector body; acting as Quality Monitor for private and public sector clients and numerous Building Surveying projects.
Marc Darné
Director
Marc joined MM as a director in 2021 having worked with Chris for over six years. He has a commercial management and quantity surveying degree from the University of Central Lancashire and specialises in funding monitoring and facilities management on behalf of our clients.
He has considerable knowledge in sectors including, new and refurbished offices, private and commercial residential, retail, industrial, rail and sports & leisure.
